What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

All jewelry is handcrafted at Hattie Now designs.  It is 100% Nickel free and we use only premium earring hooks that are 14k gold filled and hypoallergenic.  For specific materials on any particular item please see the item details. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Hattie Now Designs gift card.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Where can I track my order? 

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with a link to view your order.  After your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped you will receive an email letting you know your order is on the way.  Click the "view my order" button in this email to receive your tracking number, 

How do I care for my Hattie Now jewelry?

General Care:

To protect the plating of your jewelry, remove it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. To maintain your jewelry’s shine avoid contact with harsh agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.

Tassel Care: Before wearing, please remove plastic tubes and fluff tassels. Due to the natural material of the tassels, bending and fraying may occur. If they become bent, tassels can be re-straightened by steaming.
