Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

Orders submitted before 12PM CST with One-Day shipping method selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

Return Policy:

Hattie Now will exchange product, unworn, and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Item can also be returned for store credit.  *Customer pays all shipping cost. 

If within 3 months of the original purchase date a jewelry piece fails during normal wear because of a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair with like quality materials at no cost.
